You will receive an email from the Village team confirming your appointment in the next few hours.
If you have request an appointment ASAP, a member of the team will get back to you as soon as this can be arranged.
Once your appointment time has been confirmed via email, you don't need to do anything more. Your advisor will contact you on the agreed day at the specified time.
Need to change your appointment time?
Please note we have a strict 24 hours cancellation policy. If you need to change an appointment time that is less than 24 hours away, you will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
